How to share a YouTube video at a specific time

1. Copy the video's address from the browser or the Share button.
2. Paste it above and enter the time you want playback to start.
3. Copy the generated link and share it anywhere.

The tool accepts normal watch links, short youtu.be links, embed links and live replay links. It produces a short link with a t parameter in seconds, which works in browsers and the YouTube apps.

Chapters: timestamps in your description

Chapters split a long video into named sections and show up on the progress bar. They make tutorials and lessons far easier to navigate, and they can appear in search results as "key moments". Type your list in the builder; it sorts the lines, formats the times and warns you about the rules YouTube enforces: start at 0:00, at least three chapters, each at least ten seconds long.
